TopHotel Awards - Nominalizati la “Deschiderea hoteliera a anului 2017”

Dorim sa va anuntam ca ne aflam printre cei nominalizati in competiția TopHotel Awards din cadrul Romanian TopHotel-Tourism & Leisure Investment Conference, la categoria “Deschiderea hoteliera a anului 2017”. Actul multumirii este exprimarea recunostintei pentru un bine facut. Astfel, noi multumim clientilor, colaboratorilor si prietenilor Nayino pentru ca fara voi nu ar exista aceasta nominalizare.

Minunat !

Personalul este minunat ! De mult nu am mai fost la un hotel al carui personal sa fie atat de amabil fara sa para fortat si sa te faca sa te simti ca intr-o familie! Bucataria este foarte buna si chiar recomand sa mancati ceva la ei. Hotelul este foarte frumos si singurul minus este faptul ca este inconjurat de o serie de blocuri in constructie, dar daca va deplasati cu masina, chiar poate fi depasit.

Camerele noi si curate, sistem de ventilatie performant, care nu bate in directia patului asa cum se intampla la majoritatea hotelurilor, curte interioare eleganta, piscina pentru copii si piscina pentru adulti, restaurant micut pe proprietate, muzica buna la un volum decent, parcare subterana, personal amabil, mic dejun tip bufet foarte bun, potrivita pentru o vacanta cu copii, plaja este relativ aproape, linistita si cu intrare lina in apa.

Staff and the services worth 5 stars. We had an warm welcome and frequent healthcheck from the personal. Excellent serving at the restaurant and for all the services needed. The room was clean, nicely arranged and good smelling. Everything was made by the book. I encourage the hotels/villas near Nayino to „steal” some of the good taste in customer care. We was very pleased & we will certainly come back! It didn’t felt like Romania 🙂

Great place to stay at! 4 stars hotel that is more of a 5!

The hotel is new. All looks great. More of a 5 stars I would say. Great for small families and even couples as long as they like kids around. I would say very small area where is quite intimate. The pool is great for any age really. Staff is amazing and food great! The attitude is an occidental one and I loved the way they treated us there as expats. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from noisy mamaia :).

It’s the perfect place to spend a perfect vacation ! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very good chef, the food was delicious. It’s close enough to the beach (3 minutes walk). Live music in the evening in their garden, near to the pool.

A great choice for North Mamaia, just few minutes from the beach. The hotel was in excellent shape, room was clean and the food was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay one to remember. Definitely recommended. Great job, thank you Nayino.

Totul a fost la superlativ, de la intimitatea oferită in cadrul complexului și facilitățile oferite, pana la personalul hotelului care S-a comportat ireproșabil. Un mare plus faptul ca la locație exista parcare subterana.

Hotel nou, camera frumos amenajata, spatioasa, curte interioara cu piscina. Mic dejun bun, cu fructe, legume, cafea espresso. Parcare subterana, care e o raritate in zona.

La această locație mi-a plăcut că s-a creat un mix între personalul tânăr și cel cu experiență. Astfel serviciile oferite au fost la înălțimea rating-ului pe care și-l propune hotelul

Ausstattung des Zimmers, Ausgang auch auf grossen Innenhof mit Pool und Restauration.
Die angenehme Atmosphäre, die vielen kleinen Extras, die zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die tolle Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Das tolle Frühstück, man konnte eine Eierspeise mit Zubehör , von einer Karte wählen. Alles, inkl Kaffees wurden an den Tisch serviert.

Neues modernes Hotel am Schwarzen Meer

Ein neues modernes Hotel mit gemütlichen und hellen Zimmern – eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den meist zu opulent eingerichten Hotels derselben Klasse am Schwarzen Meer. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen schönen Außenpool und der Strand ist nur 100 Meter weit weg.

Foarte frumos, impresionant, colorat.Piscina este perfecta, apa calda, nu este adanca si este si pt copii. Locatia ne da senzatia de Grecia 🙂 este langa plaja, parcare subterana, personal amabil. Felicitari! Se poate si la noi iar in apropiere restaurante super. Recomand 1oo%

Great place for a beach holiday! Very nice and cozy rooms, everything has good quality. Smart tv’s and very nice temperature control systems. A great pool in the middle of the elegant villas.

We (yet a young couple) had a great time here! The place looks and is great, the service and the personnel are fine and we really appreciate their willingness to provide an amazing holiday for the customers.

I highly recommend Nayino! And I hope our next visit will find a better developed neighborhood, to enjoy fully the experience.
